Emails sent about a booking

See which confirmation and payment emails went out, and to whom.

Open a reservation → Emails. You’ll see every email sent about the booking, newest first, with its status (for example Sent), recipient and time. Typical emails:

  • Rental Confirmation (to the customer)
  • Payment confirmed (to the customer)
  • Payment received (to you)

Emails to you go to your notification address (see Email sender, domains and notifications).
