Reservation statuses explained
What each reservation status and payment status means.
Bookings → Reservations has these status tabs. Each shows a count.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Upcoming | Confirmed, and the pickup date is in the future |
| Active | The rental is in progress today |
| Pending Payment | Confirmed but not fully paid |
| Overdue | The rental dates have passed but the booking still needs action, most often an outstanding payment |
| Completed | The rental has finished |
| Cancelled | The rental was cancelled |
Each reservation also has a Payment Status (Paid or Pending) and a Booking state (for example Confirmed), shown on its detail page.
Finding a reservation
Use Filters to narrow by Region, Customer Name, Customer Email, Pick Up Date and Return Date, then click Apply Filters. The All Vehicles dropdown limits the list to one vehicle. The Channel column shows where the booking came from (for example, Spot2Nite).
