Cancel a reservation

How to cancel a booking and what happens to fees.

  1. Open the reservation.
  2. Click Cancel Rental and confirm.

The reservation moves to the Cancelled tab. The Fleetsync platform fee for that booking is reversed on your plan’s credit usage. See Plan, credit usage and invoices.

Your cancellation terms are set by the cancellation policy document renters accept at checkout (Settings → Fleet Documents).
