Quote statuses and actions
What Draft, Sent, Booked, Expired and Cancelled mean, and what you can do with each.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not sent to the customer |
| Sent | Emailed to the customer and waiting for acceptance |
| Accepted / Booked (shown as Booked & Paid) | The customer accepted and paid, and a reservation was created |
| Expired | The validity period passed without acceptance |
| Cancelled | You cancelled the quote |
Filter the Quotes list by status or region with the dropdowns at the top.
Actions
From the list (⋮ menu): View Details, Edit Quote or Delete Quote.
From the quote page:
- Edit Quote: change any detail, then Save Changes or Save & Send
- Send Quote: email it to the customer
- Cancel Quote
- Charge $X: charge a saved card for the full amount
