Handover: pickup time, drop-off time and water tank

Record when the renter collects and returns the vehicle.

Each reservation has a Handover section on the Overview tab. Click Edit to record:

  • Pickup time and Drop-off time: free text, so a window like “11am–1pm” or “TBD” is fine. Leave blank to use the vehicle’s default times.
  • Water tank: Full, Partial, None or Not recorded

All handover details are optional. Click Save.

Odometer readings

Record pickup and return odometer readings on the Orders & Payments tab under Mileage & Usage. This settles any mileage charge. See Mileage charges.

Contract handover

The Hand over button in Contract & Acceptance marks the vehicle as handed over. See Contracts and acceptance.
