Using TaxCloud for automatic sales tax

Check your TaxCloud connection and assign TIC codes.

TaxCloud calculates sales tax for you based on where the rental happens.

  1. Contact support@fleet-sync.co to have TaxCloud credentials configured for your fleet.
  2. Go to Settings → Taxes & Fees and set Tax source to TaxCloud.
  3. Check Settings → TaxCloud. It shows Status (Enabled) and Credentials (Configured). Click Test Connection to confirm it’s working.
  4. Optionally set a TIC Code (Taxability Information Code) on each vehicle (Rules & Policies → Tax Configuration) and each add-on. Leave it empty to use the default classification.
