Pricing rules: minimum stay, maximum stay and advance booking
Restrict bookings during a rate plan, for example a 3-night minimum in peak season.
Pricing rules restrict when and how a vehicle can be booked while a rate plan applies. They’re separate from the vehicle-level rules on the Rules & Policies tab.
Open a rate plan → Pricing Rules → Add Rule.
| Field | Options |
|---|---|
| Rule Name | For example “Peak 3-night minimum” |
| Rule Type | Minimum Stay, Maximum Stay or Advance Booking |
| Minimum / Maximum Quantity | For example, the minimum number of nights |
| Priority | 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) |
| When does this rule apply? | All Dates, a Date Range, Specific Days or Range + Days |
Click Create Pricing Rule.
Renters who pick dates outside the allowed stay see a message on your booking page, such as “Minimum stay is 3 nights. Please select more dates.”
