Create coupon codes
Run discount campaigns customers redeem with a code when they book.
A coupon is a discount code customers type when they book. It takes a percentage or a flat amount off their quote. It only works while the campaign is running, and only for as many redemptions as you allow.
Create a coupon
Bookings → Coupons → New coupon:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Code | What the customer types, for example SUMMER25. It’s saved in upper case with spaces trimmed. |
| Label on quote | Shown on the customer’s quote once the coupon applies, for example “Summer promotion” |
| Discount type | Percentage or Fixed amount |
| Discount percentage / amount | For example 15 |
| Starts on / Ends on | Campaign dates (required) |
| Maximum redemptions | Leave blank for unlimited |
| Active | Turn off to pause the coupon |
A coupon only works while it’s active, inside its dates and under its redemption cap.
