Block dates and override prices for one vehicle

Use the vehicle Calendar tab to block days or set a special nightly price.

Open the vehicle and go to Calendar. Each day shows the nightly rate that applies.

Block a date or change its price

Click a date, then choose:

  • Block date: the vehicle can’t be booked that day.
  • Modify price: set a one-off nightly price for that day.

The legend shows Today, Blocked, Price override and the nightly rate.

Export the calendar

Click Export Calendar to download the vehicle’s calendar.
