Deactivate, reactivate or delete a vehicle

Deactivate temporarily

Open the vehicle → General Description → set Status to Inactive → Update. Inactive vehicles can’t be booked. Set the status back to Active to reactivate.

If you only need the vehicle unavailable for some dates (for example, repairs), it’s usually better to block those dates instead. See Take a vehicle off the calendar.

Delete permanently

On Fleet → Vehicles, open the card menu (⋮) → Delete Vehicle.
