Find vehicles: the vehicle list, filters and views
Search, filter and switch views on the Vehicles page.
Fleet → Vehicles shows every vehicle in the selected region.
Quick filters
Use the tabs All, Available, On rental and Maintenance. Each shows a count.
Search and class
Use Search vehicles… and the All classes dropdown.
More filters
Click Filters to narrow by Region, Description, Status, Make, Model, Year and Vehicle type. Under More filters you can also pick Instant book only, Pets allowed, Smoking allowed, Delivery available, Featured and Active listing. Click Apply Filters, or Clear to reset.
Views
Switch between grid (cards) and list using the icons at the top right.
What each card shows
Listing title, class, sleeps, length, region, starting nightly price, the % of this month already booked, and the next work order due, if there is one.
Card menu (⋮)
View Details, Edit Vehicle or Delete Vehicle.
Availability view
Click Availability for the fleet inventory calendar.
