Set a vehicle's pickup location and delivery pricing

Open the vehicle and go to Location & Delivery.

Pickup address

Start typing the address and choose it from the dropdown. You’ll see “Address successfully selected” and a map pin.

Renters only see the exact pickup location once they have a confirmed reservation. Before that, they see the general area.

Delivery

Turn on Delivery Available to offer delivery for this vehicle, then set:

• Base rate: the flat delivery charge, which covers deliveries up to the number of miles you enter
• Fee for delivery over that distance (optional): a per-mile charge beyond the included miles, up to a maximum range in miles

Example: a $130 base rate covering 30 miles, then $5/mile up to 200 miles. A 50-mile delivery costs $130 + (20 × $5) = $230. Addresses beyond 200 miles can’t be quoted for delivery.

Click Save.

Fixed delivery locations

Delivery locations (for example, campgrounds you deliver to for a flat fee) are managed once for the whole fleet in Settings → Delivery Locations. You then choose which ones apply to each vehicle on its Delivery Locations tab. See Delivery locations and drivers.
