Vehicles aren't showing on my booking page

A checklist for vehicles missing from your public site or search results.

Work through this checklist:

  1. Vehicle status is Active. Check Vehicle → General Description → Status.
  2. The Website channel is ticked. Check Vehicle → Listing Details → Distribution Channels → Website.
  3. The listing has a title and photos. Check Listing Details and Photos.
  4. It has a price for those dates. Make sure a rate plan covers the dates. The vehicle’s Calendar tab shows the nightly rate.
  5. The dates aren’t blocked or booked. Check the vehicle Calendar or Maintenance tab.
  6. The search matches the rules. Minimum and maximum nights, advance booking and pricing rules can hide or reject some date ranges.
  7. The booking page API key is set up. In Settings → Webpage Settings → API Key Setup, every item should be ticked, including “Distribution channel assigned” and “Vehicles available in channel”.
  8. The region filter. Renters searching one region only see vehicles in that region.
  9. Featured section. Only vehicles with Featured Vehicle turned on appear under Featured Vehicles. The rest appear in search results.
