Connect Stripe to accept payments

Fleetsync processes card payments through Stripe. Customer payments are charged on your connected Stripe account, and funds are paid out to your linked bank account on your Stripe payout schedule.

Connect

Go to Settings → Merchant Accounts and follow the prompts to connect your Stripe account.

Check your status

Once connected, the page shows your account ID, email and country, plus four checks:

• Charges Enabled
• Payouts Enabled
• Details Submitted
• Account Active

When all four are green, you can accept payments and receive transfers. Click View Dashboard to open Stripe.

Payouts and refunds

Payout timing and bank details are managed in Stripe. To see when each Fleetsync transaction was deposited, use the Transaction Log report.
