Work orders: overview

Track repairs, inspections and cleanings across your fleet.

Last verified For operators 1 min read

A work order tracks a job on a vehicle, such as an oil change, a deep clean or a turnaround (“Turn”). It doesn’t block the vehicle’s calendar unless you ask it to.

Go to Fleet → Work Orders.

Tabs

Open, Mine (assigned to you), Overdue, Completed and All, each with a count.

Find work orders

  • Search by title, vehicle or WO number. Press / to jump to search.
  • Sort by Due date, Priority or Newest.
  • Filters: Region, Priority, Vehicle and Assigned to.

Views

  • List: a table with priority, due date (overdue items are flagged in red, for example “Overdue 14 days”), assignee and status
  • Board: columns for Pending, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled. Drag a card to move it. Only the next valid steps light up, and completing or cancelling asks for details first.
  • Calendar: work orders by due date

Every work order has a number like WO-3EB97E.
