Welcome to Fleetsync
What Fleetsync does and how the app is organised.
Fleetsync is the operating system for RV and vehicle rental fleets. It brings your vehicles, pricing, quotes, reservations, payments, maintenance, customers and distribution channels (your own website, RVshare and Spot2Nite) into one place.
How the app is organised
The left-hand sidebar groups everything you do day to day:

| Dashboard | Revenue, active reservations, utilization and fleet status at a glance |
| Inbox | Customer email conversations and booking notifications |
| Calendar | A timeline of every vehicle’s bookings, deliveries, quotes, work orders and blocks |
| Bookings → Reservations | Every confirmed booking, plus booking requests waiting for approval |
| Bookings → Quotes | Price quotes you build and send to customers |
| Bookings → Coupons | Discount codes customers can redeem when they book |
| Fleet → Vehicles | Your vehicles, their listings, rules, calendars and maintenance |
| Fleet → Work Orders | Repairs, inspections and cleanings |
| Fleet → Rate Plans | Nightly pricing, seasons and pricing rules |
| Customers → Customers | Your renter database |
| Customers → Reviews | Ratings and feedback from renters |
| Finance → Reports | Daily, accounting and utilization reports |
| Settings | Company, team, fleet, pricing, payments and connection settings |
The top bar holds the fleet and region switcher (top left), global search (press ⌘K / Ctrl+K), and your profile menu (top right) with Account and Sign Out.
