Understanding the Dashboard
What each Dashboard figure means and how it's calculated.
The Dashboard gives you a real-time view of the month you pick.
Controls
- Month picker: choose the month to report on.
- Payment source: All, FleetSync (payments taken through Fleetsync) or External (bookings paid elsewhere, such as on a marketplace).
Headline figures
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Monthly Revenue | Total revenue this month, with % change vs last month |
| Active Reservations | Rentals in progress today |
| Fleet Utilization | Share of available vehicle-days that were rented |
| Avg. Rental Duration | Average days per rental |
By region
Revenue, reservations, utilization and average duration for each region, compared with last month. Click a region to show only its figures.
Revenue by channel
How this month’s revenue splits across your booking channels (for example, your system/website vs Spot2Nite).
Fleet status
Today’s count of vehicles On rental, Available and Under maintenance. Click Open calendar to see the timeline.
Top Performing Vehicles
Vehicles ranked by bookings and revenue for the month. Click View all vehicles for the full list.
Quick Actions
Shortcuts to Add New Vehicle, View Customers and New Quote.
