Import and export customers

Import from CSV

1. Customers → Import Customers.
2. Drop your CSV file in, or click to browse. The maximum file size is 10 MB.

File requirements

• Required columns: name, email
• Optional columns: phone, address, city, state, zipcode
• The first row must contain the column headers
• The file must be UTF-8 encoded

Example

name,email,phone,address,city,state,zipcode
Jane Doe,jane@example.com,+15555550123,1 Main St,Green Bay,WI,54303

After importing, run Find duplicates to merge any customers who already existed.

Export

Click Export to download your customer list.
