Combine records that share an email, and label customers with coloured tags.

Find and merge duplicates

Customers → Find duplicates lists customers who share an email address. Merge them into one record so their quotes, rentals and payment methods stay together. If there are none, you’ll see “Every customer in this fleet has a unique email.”

Tags

Customers → Manage Tags: type a tag name, pick a colour and click + to create it. Existing tags are listed below. Apply tags to a customer with the tag icon in their row.
