Consigned owners and revenue splits
Track owners who rent their vehicles through your fleet, and how revenue is shared.
If you manage vehicles owned by other people, add each owner in Settings → Consigned Owners → Add Consigned Owner:

| Split revenue by category | Off: one percentage (the rental split) applies to all money collected. On: rent, mileage overage, generator overage and everything else each get their own percentage. |
| Assigned Vehicles | Which vehicles this owner owns. The number of vehicles still available to assign is shown. |

The vehicle’s Internal Info tab then shows its owner.
Owner logins
You can link an owner to a Fleetsync user account with the Consigned Owner role. This gives them read-only access to their vehicles, rentals and reports. Use the link icon in the owner’s row to link or unlink the account.
Costs and statements
Expenses recorded on work orders are subtracted from the owner’s monthly statement, according to the Owner pays % on each expense. See Work order costs, expenses and owner statements.
