Invite team members

Go to Settings → Users and click Add User, then choose:

• Invite by email: enter their email and add one or more roles. They receive an invitation to set up their login.
• Create account directly: set up the account yourself

Roles can be scoped

Each role you add has a Role, a Region (all regions or one) and Vehicles (all vehicles or specific ones). For example, a maintenance tech might only see vehicles in one region. A person can hold several roles.

Manage users

The list shows each user’s name, email, roles and status. Use the pencil icon to edit, or the ⋮ menu for more actions. Pending invitations lists anyone who hasn’t accepted yet.
