Your public booking page

Every fleet gets a public booking page where renters search by region, pickup location, dates and guests, browse vehicles and book.

Go to Settings → Webpage Settings. The On this page links jump to each section.

Page URL

Set your Custom URL Path. Only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens are allowed. Your page lives at …/book/your-path. Use the copy and open icons to grab or preview the link.

Welcome message

• Welcome Title and Welcome Description
• Welcome Section Background: an image behind the search bar (1920 × 600 px recommended)

Default pickup location

If you set one, the search bar starts pre-filled with this location. Leave it empty to start blank.

Page sections

Turn these on or off:

• Footer Section: contact info from Settings → Business
• Featured Vehicles: vehicles marked Featured on their Listing Details tab
• About Section: a custom about section below Featured Vehicles

Social media links

Add Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. Icons appear in the footer for any link you fill in.

API key (required for checkout)

Under API Key Configuration, select the Active API Key that powers checkout on your page. The API Key Setup checklist must show all items complete:

• API key is active and not revoked
• Permissions assigned: vehicle access, booking, inventory and availability, and pricing
• Distribution channel assigned
• Vehicles available in that channel

What renters see on a vehicle page

Photos, badges (Instant Book, Delivery available), description, sleeping arrangements, specs, amenities, weekday and weekend rates, minimum and maximum stay, an availability calendar, house rules (pets, smoking, festivals), pickup and drop-off times, payment terms, the approximate location (exact address after booking), add-ons, reviews, and a live price breakdown with Book now.
